A New Sign In Page
Spectrum Business now has a new homepage. While the site may look different, you'll still use the same username and password you've been using to access your account on SpectrumBusiness.net. If you forgot your username or password, visit our Sign-In Help page.
You can also select Support in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to find help for your Spectrum products and services, or search for popular Spectrum Business solutions.
To get started, sign in using your Spectrum username and password. You'll be redirected to the Account Summary page, where you can view account information, make a payment and get support for your Spectrum Business services. You can also:
- Select the Billing tab to view additional information about your statement. Only users with Account Owner or Admin permissions can view billing information.
- Choose the Voice tab to access voicemail messages, view call logs and more. Administrators can also access the Admin Voice Panel.
- Use the Profile and Settings tab to update or change Spectrum Business User account information.
- Select the Users tab to create a new user and manage existing user accounts. Only users with Account Owner or Administrator permissions can manage other users.
Note: Screenshots may vary depending on whether you are signed in as the Account Owner, an Administrator or a Standard User. Learn more about user roles and permissions.
If you have an upcoming service or installation visit, you'll see the Appointments icon located at the top of the page. Depending on the type of appointment you have scheduled, you may be able to cancel or reschedule. Learn more about managing your appointments.
Find information about your Spectrum Business Voice and Internet services, including Email, Desktop Security (Security Suite), Web Hosting and Cloud Backup. The service icons will redirect you to the associated control panel.
Select the dropdown arrow at the top right-hand corner of your screen to sign out of your SpectrumBusiness.net account.
